Current Processing Time is 2-3 weeks (10 -15 Business Days) Weekends or Holiday NOT INCLUDED. We don’t ship or process orders on weekends/holidays.
We do not accept Express Service as all wigs must be carefully and neatly made to ensure quality.
A tracking number will be sent in an email to you AFTER your order is processed. Shipping takes 3-7 business days in the mail after processing.
“Order Processed” means receiving your order, receiving and confirmation of your order payment.
Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs after it is placed and a full refund will be made. On the other hand, were the order is cancelled after 24hrs of placing the order, a cancellation fee of $50 is charged and subsequently deducted from the total order value and the balance will be refunded.
We assure you of 100% satisfaction guarantee with any of our units, but, in rare cases, where a customer receives the wrong style, colour or length, exchanges are permitted, provided that none of the following terms and conditions have been breached:
*All orders must be returned in the original packaging and condition. Lace uncut and wig unworn.
*All returns/exchanges must be made within 72 hours of recorded receipt.
Exchanges are available for products of an equal value. For exchange of products with a lesser value, a partial refund will be issued. Whereby, the mistake is from our end, we’ll take full responsibility for the returns shipping.
