Current processing time is 14-28 Working Days. Shipping takes 3-5 working days. We DO NOT process or ship orders on Weekends/Holidays. A tracking number will be sent in an email to you AFTER your order is processed.

Order Processed means the timeline between receiving order, receiving & confirmation of order payment & production of order.

Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs after it is placed and a full refund minus Paypal charges will be made. Were the order is cancelled after 24hrs but not more than 72hrs of placing order, a cancellation fee of $70 is charged and subsequently deducted from the total order value and the balance will be refunded. Any cancellation after 72hrs of placing the order will receive no refunds.

We assure you of 100% satisfaction guarantee with any of our units, but, in rare cases, where a customer receives the wrong style, colour, length, lace base or a damaged unit, the customer has a choice of Refund or Replacement as remedy, provided that none of the following terms and conditions have been breached:

All orders must be in the original packaging and condition. Lace uncut, tag uncut and wig unworn. Customer is to send pictures and video proof.

Notification of error(s) with the unit must be sent to us via email within 48 hours of recorded delivery of order. Customer is to send pictures and video proof of such errors.

Replacements are available for products of an equal value. For replacement of products with a lesser value, a partial refund will be issued.
